Bird’s Nest Treats

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
2 Tbs creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
36 mini candy-coated Easter chocolates (Contains Peanuts)
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a large glass bowl.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals (stirring each time) until smooth and melted.
- Gently stir in the chow mein noodles.
- Toss to coat.
- Use an ice cream scoop to spoon 12 mounds of coated noodles onto the baking sheet.
- Use a spoon to press down in the middle, and create an indentation.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set chocolate.
- Add 3 chocolate candies to the middle of each nest.
